Jenny started running about 9 years ago, she always wanted to run, but never thought she could. Her husband signed her up for a 5k. It was the first time she had ever attempted to run and she couldn’t run the first mile. From that day on it was her goal to get to run every mile of the 5k. With a lot of practice she was able to run her next entire 5k. Now, she runs half marathons, full marathons. Last summer she and even completed a 50k and then ran a marathon the next day. For Jenny, running is a stress reliever and so rewarding. She’s met so many incredible people through running and made long lasting friendships. She loves pacing the most because it feels great to meet new people help them get to the finish line.
