Race organizer’s did and amazing job and the community support was amazing as well. The expo at race pick up was better that expected and well organized. I was amazing how the people of Fargo came out to cheer on participants, and had fruit, donuts, etc. for the runners. Awesome under armour cinch bag, very nice shirt and medal.
Course is flat and doable, especially when you have all the supporters out there cheering you on.

This was and has been the best race event. From the get go easy to register and all the info you need. From packet pickup to race day details. This year is do the go challenge 5k and 10k. What an awesome, so well organized even. It was so much fun. All the support and bands along the race rout was amazing. I look at this as a mini vacation get away. What a great weekend. I’ve done fargo marathon 4 years now and looking to sign up for next year.

The bands on the course, the support for the spectators along the streets was amazing so much fun!! The start and finish in the Fargo dome was super cool, the medals what can I say about them….. they are the real deal not some cheap thing you would toss away. And the 27th mile was fun after the race!!! The only thing I would change is the run threw the park was real boring! You could spruce it up with more signs to read along the way that are fun and interact with each other. Just a great marathon all around looking forward to running it for years to come. Thanks!

Great race with lots of local support along the route. The start and finish inside the Fargodome is perfect! Plenty of space for friends and family to cheer you on at the end. Bag drop was easy and there were plenty of bathrooms and even showers available at the end. Love the chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate milk at the end!

Fargo was GREAT for my first half marathon, and I plan on making it my first FULL marathon next year! I can’t say enough good about it! There were more than enough aid stations, and porta-potties. A TON of community support, people lined practically the whole course cheering you on. I would have liked to see more of the Red River along the course, but I understand that if it doesn’t work out, it doesn’t work out. Regardless, I loved it, and can’t wait to run at this event for many years to come!

This was my first full marathon and I am so happy it was in Fargo. The weather was wonderful and the support along the course from the Fargo and Moorhead, MN communities is so encouraging. This course is a mix of riverwalk and residential. I particularly love that balance of excitement and also quiet time-nice balance for the mental work that goes into this. I’ll definitely run it again.
